My passion is helping people put their best foot forward on their career path. I launched BSR Career Development after spending nearly 20 years in Human Resources as a Learning and Development Consultant, where I frequently worked with people facing organisational restructures and redundancies. It became apparent that for some people, being incredibly talented and capable in a specific role or industry did not necessarily correlate with the ability to market one’s self to a new role–even when that role was very familiar. My aim is to help job seekers value their experiences, maximise their unique value offer and strategically plan their career path.

As a Certified Advanced Resume Writer, I can help you develop resume and cover letter submissions that highlight your strengths and pitch you to the role you want. I have a background in government applications, and can offer support with selection criteria submissions. I also consult on social media presence and marketing in a holistic approach to job search.

My particular passion is interview coaching. As a Certified Employment Interview Consultant, I work with you to uncover and curate your relevant stories, and help you to develop confidence, flexibility and resilience in interview settings.  I’ve been on countless interview panels and teach interviewing skills to managers and senior leaders. I bring the employer perspective to interview preparation.
